We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or for any Based products that have already been shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship our Based products to addresses within the United States. We will make our best efforts to deliver your products on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. If there is a delay in shipping or delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.
